If you go to La Michoacana enough, you would probably survive a long time on the vitamins and minerals in all those fruits and vegetables.
We saw the lime-chili ones recently. I have had microwave pork rinds before. They were actually pretty good, but they tend to burn easily. And they are nothing like good fresh ones like on the "Breakfast" dish at Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen. Also, fresh chicharrones rehydrated in salsa verde make incredible tacos.
