A big time "quick-win" would be to replace all the chain-link fencing with permanent fencing--like at the Children's Museum. I guess it might be easier to do that after all the construction, but those fences are embarrassing
You got me there, Tom. 85% is indeed a "beat down." Sadly, of that 85%, I feel that only a handful had any idea what they were voting against.
