The winner of the best documentary prize at this year’s festival, Manufacturing Dissent is a surprising profile of nonfiction filmmaker and progressive rabble-rouser Michael Moore, directed by two fans — filmmakers Rick Caine and Debbie Melnyk — whose view of Moore changed considerably in the process.
