The Pink Palace will be featured on the History Channel in Modern Marvels: The Supermarket. The program will cover supermarket technology, marketing, design, and, of course, history. That’s where the Pink Palace comes in. The Pink Palace’s Ron Brister will talk about Clarence Saunders, founder of Piggly Wiggly and considered by many to be the father of the modern supermarket.
