Expect to see hundreds of bicyclists downtown this weekend for the third annual Bluff City Blues 100 Bicycle Tour, set for October 4th. The ride will begin at 8 a.m., and riders can opt for the 40, 62, or 100-mile bicycle routes around the city. Last year, about 270 bicyclists joined the ride, which begins and ends in front of W.C.
