Souvenirs from Memphis

Posted By on Mon, Dec 28, 2009 at 6:35 PM

As I was waiting for my flight out of Memphis last Wednesday, I did some exploring of airport stores.

At one news stand, there were shelves promising food stuffs "Made in Memphis." I question the provenance of some of these items since the label read Arizona Pickles.

Of those is Southern Guitar Bar-B-Q spices and this Elvis-esque Rub Tender.

More locally sourced is this Pig Poop from the Paradies Shops.

Across from the news stand is Memphis Kitchen.

Memphis Kitchen offers everything you could ever want in Goo-Goo Clusters as well as loads of barbecue sauces from Corky's and the Rendezvous.
