Posted By on Tue, Apr 5, 2011 at 1:50 PM

In the issue hitting the stands tomorrow is a Q&A with Terry Harris, CEO of HBB, the maker of Lazy Cakes Relaxation Brownies.

Other points of interest that didn't make the story ...

• Harris is 40 and went to Germantown High School.

• Harris and business partner Tim Barham came up with the idea of Lazy Cakes while on a beach in Florida.

• Speaking of Florida, the brownies are made in Tampa.

• Harris has a background in food. His family owns two businesses that provide packaged foods to grocery stores.
