Memphis Anti-War Rally Tonight -- McLean and Union

Posted By on Thu, Jan 11, 2007 at 4:00 AM

Heard enough of the president's same ol' crap on Iraq? Did Bush’s emotionless speech calling for a “surge” in troops piss you off? Did it make you want to break your TV?

Well, don’t. Save your anger and your energy for tonight’s rally to stop the escalation of troops in Iraq. Tonight's protest is part of a national movement involving cities across the country. Get in on the action at 4 p.m. at the corner of Union and McLean.

Remember, the madness won't stop until you get mad enough to do something about it.
