"West Memphis Three" Hearing Delayed

A hearing in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to determine if Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley will get a retrial, has been delayed until October, when the prosecution will make its case. Baldwin and Misskelley were convicted, along with codefendent Damien Echols, of murdering three West Memphis boys in 1993. The Flyer ran a definitive story on the case in 2006.
