Christopher McCollum Reinvents A Christmas Carol

Directors who've tried to change A Christmas Carol at Theatre Memphis have never fared well. Nevertheless, after 32 years of repairing and reusing the same basic set, Christopher McCollum was asked to go back to the drawing board and give the show a whole new look. Here's what Theatre Memphis' resident designer had to say about working with director Jason Spitzer and the challenge of reinventing a holiday favorite.
