Re: “Bianca Knows Best ... And Helps An Atheist Deal with In-Laws

Think about the 'values' of the Christ-cult, Mark... gullibility, self-deception, self-delusion, willful ignorance, irrationality, intellectual dishonesty, lies, hypocrisy, and toxic, drooling stupidity. Those are the kinds of 'values' that Christ-cult God-bots use to JUSTIFY bible-bits like the Noahic flood... Lot's wife... the genocidal slaughter of hundreds of thousands of men, women and children... taking Midionite maidens as sex slaves... bashing babies heads against rocks... slashing open the bellies of pregnant teenagers with swords (remember... in those times, marriage-age was around 13)...

Then there's the fact that you 'believe' (the ILLUSION of knowledge) that a cosmic Jewish zombie, who is his own father, can make you live forever if you submit to a magical soul-douching ceremony (complete with magical water, incantations and waving of hands), symbolically eat his flesh (in the form of a cracker) and telepathically tell him that you accept him as your master so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was tricked by a malevolent entity (disguised a talking snake... with legs) into eating a piece of magical fruit from an enchanted tree... (etc.)... and that there is something horribly wrong with people who ARE NOT so stupid and gullible that they can be made to believe such outrageously ridiculous codswallop.

A 'True Christian™' is someone who is stupid, gullible and pliable enough to submit their will… your reason… their conscience… their morality… to the control of a person… an organization… a dogma… a doctrine… that he/she trusts (via ‘faith’... a lame and pathetic SUBSTITUTE for reason, rationality, logic, knowledge and evidence) to convey a true expression of the ‘mind of god/Jesus’… even though… BY DEFINITION… NOBODY knows the ‘mind of god’.

Well... as clear as any ad homenim canard can be. Having spent just shy of 10-years in the military... 2-years of that, off-and-on, in the combat zone (Viet Nam)... and having been involved in dozens of combat engagements... and having served with many people whom I knew to be atheists... I can attest that there damned well ARE 'atheists in foxholes', and that NONE of them that I am (or was) acquainted with had any 'come to Jesus' experiences when things got hairy.
