Re: “Seeds of Discontent

This garden is way beyond landscaping. It is an enlightened way of one dedicated teacher to show young student how they can live in this world in a way that provides them food, and create fuel. Has no one heard of sustainability, peak oil, the need for everyone in the world to take a look at how they are living and what they are dependent on?
These people in the county obviously have power and it is a sick bunch of county officials that tell a man who grows his own food, is teaching young men how to create a life for themselves that keeps them in touch with the seasons, be less dependent and more creative - that he is violating some daft code. I would like to hereby, on behalf of all the gardeners and beekeepers of the world, complain to the Shelby County, that THEY are the 'nuisance' and are obstructing a man's human right to live in his own environment in a sensible and sustainable way, obstructing his right as a teacher to educate students on how the world works, how nature works and how they can become less dependent on the crass commercialism and clearly bizarre ideas of what constitutes a nuisance, that infests the USA.
