Let me see if I understand this...the Shelby County DA's office has multiple attorneys on staff that find nothing ethically wrong with withholding evidence or violating rights...God help everyone in the Shelby County justice system. She acted outside of the law, the STATE SUPREME COURT ruled it overturnable error and a public slap on the wrist is all she MIGHT receive?? I'm confused, how does this work, the first time you withhold information that could send someone home instead of to jail, you get a public centure-then the next time you're actually held accountable??? Does this logic even remotely sound just?
