NO RATING - DO NOT EAT HERE!
I've eaten here two times before last night and both times the food was good but service
was slow. Last night, we stopped in for a quick bite and the service was inexcusable –
overriding the fact the food is enjoyable. I ordered a beer when seated and it took almost
20 minutes to get the beer and that was after I had to remind the server (there was only
3 other groups of 4 in the restaurant). We ordered the Beef yaki soba and the Miso-
Kimchee Ramen, specifically choosing these two items because I DO NOT eat pork.

I finished my entire dish and noticed my friend barely touched her meal. Curious, I asked
if it tasted fine and took a piece of noodle. Something tasted off. Because she has a poor
sense of taste, she could not herself exactly pinpoint what tasted wrong. I mindlessly took
a small piece of what I thought was fish (as described in the menu) and tasted it. Well it
wasn't fish, it was pork. We both were instantly appalled; indescribably offended. I asked
the waitress why there was pork in the seafood dish and she told me that the cook decided
to add it to the meal tonight and asked if that was problem. It is a serious problem.

Needless to say, I did not eat anymore of the Ramen and did not leave a tip nor will I ever
eat there again. If you are going to add/supplement an ingredient into a dish, especially
something as substantial as meat, the patron should be consulted or at least notified of the
change. There was no urgency, and an apparent lack of compassion and accountability
from the staff.
